A beer that’s been brewed for many a moon
Once invented and brewed on full moon evenings, the Paix Dieu originates from the Cistercian nuns of the Paix Dieu abbey’s ancestral practice. Even back then, this creamy Tripple made an impression and became the reflection of unique skills.
Today, our professional brewers feed on that ancestral knowledge in order to perpetuate this exceptional beverage. Whether it be the recipe integrity, the choice of raw materials, the brewing process or the bottling, each step ensures that the early days’ quality and expertise are preserved.
